HAVANA -- Henry Wendt of HAvana died at 2:45 p.m. Sunday in Mason District Hospital here.

Services will be at 12 p.m. Wednesday at St Paul Lutheran Church here. Burial will be in Laurel Hill Cemetery. Hurley Funeral Hmoe is in charge of arrangements.

He is survived by his wife, Minnie; five daughters, Mrs Leta Trimpe, Mrs Dorothy Trimpe, both of Havana; Mrs Ella Harfst of Muscatine, Iowa; Mrs Nelda Kreiling, Mrs Lucille Trimpe, both of Topeka, Kansas; two sons, Henry of Mason City, Robert of Topeka, 19 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren.

SPRINGFIELD -- Henry R Wendt, 84, of Springfield, formerly of Mason City and Peoria, died Monday, Nov 5, 2001, at St John's Hospital.

He was born Aug 4,1917, in Mason County, the son of Henry A and Minnie Schierbeck Wendt.

Mrs Wendt was a U S Army Air Force veteran of World War II and a safety responsibility evaluator for the Department of Transportation before his retirement. He was a member of the DAV, American Legion and Christ Lutheran Church in Mason City.

Survivors: two sons, Jeffrey D (wife, Janet) Wendt of Springfield and Marcus H (wife, Sandra) Wendt of Lincoln; four grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren; three sisters, Etta Harfst of Iowa and Lucille and Leta Trimpe, both of Havana; a brother, Robert (wife, Ethel Jean) Wendt of Havana; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Services: 1 p.m. Wednesday, Staab Funeral Home. Burial: Camp Butler National Cemtery.

HAVANA -- Raymond Wendt, 87, of Havana died Wedenesday, June 28,2000, at Mason District Hospital in Havana.

He was born May 3, 1913, in Havana, the son of William H and Marie Trimpe Wendt.

Mr Wendt served in the U S Army during World War II. He was a farmer, and also worked in maintenance at Rockwell School and New Central School, both in Havana. He was a member of St Paul's Lutheran Church in Havana.

Survivors: a brother, William Wendt, Jr of Havana; and two sister, Velma Whitehead of Havana and Eileen Stout of Easton.

Services: 11 a.m. Saturday, Hurley Funeral Home in Havana, the Rev Martin W Liebmann officiating.

Burial: Laurel Hill Cemetery, Havana.
